The AIO Grow 2026 Peer Meeting is being held at the Lake Lawn Resort. Established in 1878, join us at Wisconsin's oldest operating resort, and arrive by Car, Boat, or Private Plane.
For more than 140 years, their historic grounds have welcomed generations back to the lake, creating memories that return year after year. Just 90 minutes from Chicago and a short drive from Milwaukee, Madison, and Rockford, Lake Lawn Resort sits just outside Lake Geneva, close enough for an easy escape, yet far enough to feel like a world of its own.

Welcome Reception

After you check-in with the hotel, join us Monday night (Aug 17th), for a Welcome Event and enjoy some time with your peers in the beautiful Great Room and a scenic outdoor patio. Food and drinks will be served.

Walters Farms
We will be visiting Walters Farms, located about 30-minutes from Lake Lawn Resort. Homesteaded in 1942 and respected peers, three generations currently run the farm and the expanding acreage they oversee in Northern IL and Southern WI.
Transportation to and from will be provided for attendees.

Tuesday Dinner

Tuesday night (Aug 18th), join us for dinner! Network with friends, colleagues, and peers while enjoying the scenic lake views and sunset.

AIO Grow
TEPAP Scholarship
Invest in your farm's most valuable asset: You.
We know how much work goes into your operation. This scholarship is our way of helping a North American farmer master the business side of the fence line.
Equipment depreciates, but management skills only grow. That's why we're awarding a TEPAP scholarship (Unit I or Unit II) to a producer focused on the future.

AIO Grow TEPAP Scholarship Details
What's Included
The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition ($7,250 value) for TEPAP (Unit I or Unit II).

Eligibility
Must be at least 18 years of age and an active owner, operator, or manager of a farming operation residing in North America.
Deadline
All applications must be submitted by July 18, 2026, to be considered by the committee.
Selection
The Scholarship Committee selects the Top-3 Finalists on a merit-based review. Each finalist receives a complimentary ticket to AIO Grow 2026.
Winner
Winner is selected based on operational complexity, leadership, and identified strategic gaps. The winner will be announced at AIO Grow 2026.
