Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the TEPAP Scholarship (the "Scholarship"), applicants must meet the following criteria at the time of submission:

Professional Status: Must be an active owner, operator, or manager of a farming operation.

Residency: Must reside and operate a farm within North America (United States, Canada, or Mexico).

Application Completion: Must complete and submit the formal scholarship application in full via the official submission portal by the designated deadline.

No Purchase Necessary: A purchase of a ticket to AIO Grow or any other event is not required for eligibility, and such purchase will not increase an applicant's chances of selection.
2. Data Sharing & Privacy Disclosure
By submitting an application for this Scholarship, the applicant explicitly acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Information Distribution: All information provided in the application—including personal contact details, farm operational data, and essay responses—will be shared with the AIO Grow and AIO Ag, LLC organizations and their respective staff.

Scholarship Selection Committee Review: Submitted materials will be distributed to the appointed Scholarship Selection Committee for the purpose of evaluation and scoring.

Marketing Use: Applicants may be contacted by AIO Grow or AIO Ag, LLC regarding future educational opportunities, newsletters, or program updates.
3. Award Details

Scope: The Scholarship covers the cost of tuition for Unit I or Unit II at The Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP).

Exclusions: The Scholarship does not cover travel, lodging, meals, or incidental expenses associated with attending the program.

Non-Transferable: The award is specific to the individual applicant and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or transferred to another individual or operation.
4. Selection Process

Merit-Based Evaluation: Selection is based on the committee’s assessment of the applicant's leadership potential, operational complexity, and the articulated impact the program will have on their farm’s future.

Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the application. If the winner does not respond within seven [7] business days, the committee reserves the right to select an alternate recipient.

Announcement: While attendance at AIO Grow is not required, the winner may be publicly announced during the event and across AIO Ag, LLC digital platforms.
5. Rights & Publicity

By accepting the Scholarship, the winner grants AIO Grow and AIO Ag, LLC the right to use their name, farm name, location, and likeness for promotional and educational purposes in perpetuity without further compensation.
6. General Conditions

AIO Grow and AIO Ag, LLC reserve the right to cancel or modify the Scholarship program at any time. All submissions become the property of the organizing bodies upon receipt.
